MHFA for Managers 2-day training
Helping your managers lead with confidence when it matters most

What makes this course different?
Unlike general MHFA training, this programme is built around the realities of managing people. The scenarios and case studies are grounded in the workplace, so the learning is immediately relevant and practical.
Jacqui brings something extra to every session she delivers. As a qualified therapist and MHFA Instructor Member, she draws on real clinical experience to bring depth and warmth to the training, helping participants not just understand the theory, but feel genuinely equipped to use these skills with their teams.

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

The course covers a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, substance misuse, and psychosis. We aim to provide a safe learning environment and are trained to support you throughout the course.

The programme runs across two full days (9.30am to 5.00pm) and is delivered in a small group of up to 8 participants. This keeps the learning environment safe, supportive, and personal.
