12-month management development programme
This focuses on the tough side of people management, looking at how management skills affect employee engagement and productivity. The objective is for managers to learn about themselves while developing a toolkit to manage difficult and complex people issues, saving HR resources to focus on business objectives.
Each workshop is one of a series of twelve, to incrementally improve management practices. Trainees leave each session with more knowledge of themselves and how this shapes the way in which they communicate with their teams.

From team member to manager
This two-day programme is for newly appointed managers and supervisors. We provide new managers with confidence in their ability to grow into the role, to recognise their strengths and opportunities for development, and to give them techniques and skills to use when managing a team.
Dignity at work: promoting equality and diversity in the workplace
This workshop helps managers to recognise and understand the diverse needs of different individuals and cultures within their organisation and helps you to remain compliant. It explores themes of prejudice, unconscious bias, bullying and harassment and looks at how behaviour in the workplace can impact on others.
Reducing stress at work
In the UK, more than half a million people suffer from work-related stress (results from a health assessment in a Bupa Health Clinic last year) 59% reported that they had felt stress or strain in the past month – equating to almost 28,000 people potentially putting their health at risk. Your People Potential run workshops to help identify, prevent and reduce stress in the workplace leading to increased productivity. Workshop learning is sustained with monthly reviews and in-session peer support.
Building resilience to reduce stress at work
This training programme identifies how to proactively address stressful situations and aims to provide practical skills to improve understanding and relationships at work. The programme has been designed as three training days spread over 2-3 months to allow managers to transfer learning to the workplace after each workshop.
