- David donated 20 hours during term time to mentor a teenage boy with Form the Future.
- Amount donated: £500 Charity: The Kite Trust, Cambridge http://thekitetrust.org.uk/ . Every year The Kite Trust support young people at Camp Camp, this is a unique opportunity for twenty LGBT+ young people, aged 13-24, to spend a week away in the countryside near Cambridge. The young people cook, eat and participate in a range of fun and stimulating activities together. The effect on them can be transformative. We donated £500 to become a Fairy Godparent and gave a young person the gift of a life-enhancing week.
2017

- Your People Potential donated £350 to East Anglia Children’s Hospice, Cambridge. Jacqui took part in a sponsored fire walk after hearing about the event at a networking meeting. With only a week to raise sponsorship we were pleased with the result.

- A free place on the inaugural Management Development Programme was donated to the Charity Headway, which introduced David Lynch to the business value £3,600.
- Jacqui committed one hour a week to a local primary school during term time to offer young children encouragement with their reading. Helping to build confidence and literacy skills.
- Donated £1,532.47 through sponsorship and 10% from invoices toSt Nicholas Hospice Care, Bury St Edmunds. Jacqui took part in the first ‘I’m a CEO, Get Me Out of Here’ challenge. Spending a day on a farm local to the Hospice she identified various animals while blindfolded, e.g. cockroach, skunk, scorpion and reversed a tractor and trailer across a course on a field (very badly). She also moved a barrel of water from one trailer to another using a forklift (farmer offered her a job) and ate some seriously awful stuff!
