Building resilience to reduce stress at work
This series of three workshops is for anyone with an interest in managing stress successfully. It focuses on personal responsibility by helping individuals to identify the steps needed to manage stress in their life. Within the sessions, delegates are also taught stress management techniques.
Becoming the best you can be
This is an eight-week mindfulness course aimed at anyone whose experience of stress, anxiety or low mood gets in the way of doing their job well. The skills and techniques learnt during the two-hour sessions will help individuals to manage themselves better in the workplace.
