Techniques for achieving a good nights’ sleep
Stress and sleep
– Reduce stress to sleep better
– Guided relaxation– relaxation recording which is sent to use as a download
The session ends with developing an action plan for putting learning into practice in the workplace.

The workshop focuses on what we can actively do to improve our quality of sleep, and the effects of reduced sleep on our day ahead. It is a mix of theory and fun practical sessions.
