Look at the groups that will be impacted and work through the possible questions that they may have.
We need to get those people on board, so consider the following:
Who do we need buy-in from?
What are the benefits of the solution to them?
Feedback on the discussions – encourage everyone to think about how they can see resistance as something that will help them to identify what they need to overcome, and not to see resistance as a personal attack or a way of setting out to block progress on purpose

Creating a question bank when implementing change would be beneficial, either specific to the changes we are discussing, or generic questions that will need to be considered.
