It’s Mental Health Awareness week on 10-16th May and this year’s theme is Connect with Nature.
May is also National Walking Month.
So to encourage us all to take a moment to pause I am going to lead a mindful walk on Monday 10 May at my favourite bluebell woods in Papworth Everard – see below for info.
If you cannot join me in person, do get involved virtually. Here’s how:
- Take your own Mindful walk during Mental Health Awareness week, wherever you are
- Take a picture/short video and note down a thought or reflection
- Share them with me on twitter or LinkedIn including the tag #mindfulwalk
The Walk
On Monday 10th May we will meet in the Papworth Everard car park (behind the shops, at the base of the stairs) at 1.30pm for some mindful walking instruction.
I will lead you to the woods and then everyone will take their own route to walk mindfully for 20 minutes, before re-convening to discuss our experiences.
If you would like to join me email me today to book your place.
Spaces are limited due to current government guidelines.
