Empowering Leaders and Enriching Communities while Realising Your Leadership Potential
Are you ready to transform your leadership skills while having a meaningful impact on your community?
Our 12-month development programme for managers enables you to unleash your leadership potential through a meticulously crafted programme, accredited by the Institute of Leadership.
Our programme offers a unique opportunity for business professionals and charity leaders alike.
For Businesses:
Invest in your team’s growth and contribute to social good simultaneously. For every corporate place purchased, we sponsor a manager from a local charity to join the programme. Your participation not only develops your own talent but also strengthens the leadership capacity of vital community organisations.
For Charities:
We believe in the power of strong leadership in the non-profit sector. That’s why we’re offering sponsored places to charity leaders at a fraction of the full cost.
For Both:
This transformative programme is designed to elevate your leadership skills, boost your confidence, and equip you with the strategies needed to drive success.

Each workshop ends with action planning to ensure learning is transferred to the workplace as quickly as possible and progress is reviewed monthly.
Institute of Leadership Accredited
The Institute of Leadership has accredited this training, so your managers are enrolled as Student Members of the Institute after completing the first three modules, they are then upgraded to Professional Member at the end of the programme, and are able to use post-nominals MIoL.
Self-Awareness: Tools for Improved Performance
Great leaders are self-aware, they recognise their strengths and areas for development, and they also recognise that others do not think or behave in the same way as them. They constantly seek to understand themselves, and what makes others tick.
Game Changer Index…
The The GC Index® (aka The Game Changer Index), is a psychometric tool that aims to identify how people at all levels make their best impact at work. Managers receive a report and individual coaching session with Jacqui.
Motivational Maps…
We have teamed up with Sarah Stones of Plain Sailing Motivation, who provides each delegate with an individual Motivational Map and coaching session.
By integrating insights from Motivational Maps and the Game Changer Index, your people will gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their teams, be better able to optimize individual and collective performance, and drive positive organisational change.
